Aside from the monsters in Sette Desert, another way to acquire a force reaver is through item combination at HERO NPC. Keep in mind that each force element has its corresponding elemental talic required in the combination.
For Excelsiars, grades A, B & C can be used when combining.
A combination fee of 100,000 race currency is also required for every combination.
Note : Combination rate is NOT 100%, and failure may cause combination materials to vanish.
