Tier is an upgrade material consisting of Ruby, Crystal obisidian and topaz. Tier is classified according to the upgrade success rate. For tier 1 to 4 can be obtained from Rare Ore or Process Ore +1, +2, +3 from mining, or +4 obtained from PB Cragmine.
